    • Identify the roles of networking services
  • Troubleshooting

    • Given a scenario, describe the troubleshooting process in a small to medium business network
    • Given a scenario, use the appropriate hardware troubleshooting tools
    • Given a scenario, use the appropriate Windows software tools to troubleshoot a problem
    • Given a scenario, use the appropriate Linux software tools to troubleshoot a problem
ASSESSMENT:

Your knowledge and skills will be tested by means of online performance-based assessments and practice questions. These tools will help prepare you for the certification exam by testing your ability to apply your knowledge.

COURSE EXIT OUTCOMES:

Once you have completed this online short course you should be adequately prepared to take the Networking certification exam via Certiport.
