ASSESSMENT:

For each module you will be required to complete both a pre-assessment and a post-assessment to test your knowledge and competency.

COURSE EXIT OUTCOMES:

Once you have completed this online short course you should demonstrate foundational knowledge of how to troubleshoot a wide range of devices, from computers to smartphones, including how to identify types of software and how to use an operating system.

You should also be able to configure, manage, and maintain functional networks, and assess and implement appropriate security solutions.
