- Demonstrate knowledge of basic motion graphics, video effects (VFX), and design principles
Project Setup and Interface
- Create and edit a project with the appropriate settings for video
- Navigate, organise, and customise the application workspace
- Use non-visible design tools in the interface to aid in video workflow
- Import assets into a project
Organising Video Projects
- Use the Timeline panel
- Modify layer visibility using opacity, blending modes, and masks
Create and Modifying Visual Elements
- Use core tools and features to create compositions
- Add, manipulate, and animate text
- Trim footage for use in compositions
- Modify digital media within a project
- Use basic reconstructing and editing techniques to manipulate digital audio and video
- Add and modify effects and pre-sets
- Create and modify keyframes for motion graphics
Publishing Digital Media
- Prepare a composition for publishing to web, screen, and other digital devices
- Export digital video to various file formats

ASSESSMENT:
